The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Precision Health Care Allied Health team, mentoring and supporting a team of 10–15 physiotherapists and allied health professionals to ensure strong team performance and positive client outcomes. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will help deliver high-quality allied health services across the region while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the service.

- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional client outcomes
- Drive team culture, professional development and performance management initiatives
- Maintain a small clinical caseload within your preferred clinical area
- Contribute to business growth, quality improvement initiatives and achievement of financial KPIs
- Manage compensable client relationships and liaise proactively with insurers when required
- Promote workplace health & safety and ensure risks and incidents are managed appropriately
- Support employee performance management, development and ongoing growth in collaboration with the Operations Manager
- Manage workplace incidents and employee matters in line with organisational policies and procedures
