This is more than a Team Leader role. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of the Western Australian business, while managing a national team of 10 Rehabilitation Consultants across WA and NSW (2 WA, 8 NSW).
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll mentor your team, strengthen client relationships, drive operational excellence and help shape the future success of the WA region with a high level of autonomy and genuine influence on strategy and growth.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 10 Rehabilitation Consultants
- Drive the strategic growth of the WA portfolio
- Coach consultants to deliver strong return-to-work outcomes
- Oversee quality, compliance and file reviews
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Build strong relationships with employers, insurers and key stakeholders
- Support business development and account growth
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture
- Allied Health qualifications (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA registration)
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience
- Previous leadership, mentoring or coaching experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen
- A passion for developing people and growing businesses
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
