- Full Time until December 2026 (possibility to be extended)
- $110,102 + Super + Salary Sacrifice ($55.72 per hour)
They are seeking a Therapeutic Team Leader to support a small multidisciplinary team of Therapists in Ipswich and also hold a caseload. The Ipswich site provides counselling, outreach and a range of services to support vulnerable people in the community who use substances.
You will also:
- Ensure services are operating at a high standard
- Lead and participate in case conferencing
- Drive recruitment and staff development
- Monitor data and client outcomes
- Refine policies and procedures

About you:
- Relevant Qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or other mental health related disciplines
- Accreditation with a governing body (ACA, PACFA, AASW, AHPRA or other)
- In depth knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed care
- Specific experience with AOD and substances
- Community focused leader who wants to make a difference within the AOD space!
