  • Team Leader - Dual Diagnosis (AOD & Mental Health)
  • Ipswich
  • Full Time until December 2026 (possibility to be extended)
  • $110,102 + Super + Salary Sacrifice ($55.72 per hour)
Healthii People are proud have partnered with QuIHN, a specialist predominantly peer led service that provide support for people who use drug and alcohol in Queensland. Community is the heart and soul of QuIHN. The diverse dedicated group of individuals share a common goal: to create meaningful change in the lives of those affected by substance use.

They are seeking a Therapeutic Team Leader to support a small multidisciplinary team of Therapists in Ipswich and also hold a caseload. The Ipswich site provides counselling, outreach and a range of services to support vulnerable people in the community who use substances.


You will also:
  • Ensure services are operating at a high standard
  • Lead and participate in case conferencing 
  • Drive recruitment and staff development 
  • Monitor data and client outcomes
  • Refine policies and procedures

About you:
  • Relevant Qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or other mental health related disciplines
  • Accreditation with a governing body (ACA, PACFA, AASW, AHPRA or other)
  • In depth knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed care
  • Specific experience with AOD and substances
  • Community focused leader who wants to make a difference within the AOD space!
