As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with a diverse caseload that includes both children and adults, providing expert care and support. You’ll benefit from supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, ensuring you feel supported in every aspect of your role.
  
You’ll thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, working alongside Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Therapy Assistants, all dedicated to delivering holistic, outcomes-focused care.
  
Day to Day key responsibilities include:

• Supporting parents and families to understand the NDIS and make informed decisions.
• Provide advanced assessment and therapy to clients
• Work closely with families, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals and service quality.
• Handle diverse cases for children and adults with neurological, sensory, and physical conditions.
• Conduct assessments, set therapy goals, and develop individualised intervention plans.

What You Will Need:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA registration
• Minimum 1 years' clinical experience
• Current driver's license (essential for travel between sites)
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
