Role Overview:
  
A passionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to join this growing organisation. You will be integral in delivering tailored, evidence‑based services to clients, working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to support a wide variety of communication needs and contribute to improving outcomes for clients of all ages.
  
  
  
  
What You’ll Do:
  

• Conduct thorough speech, language, literacy, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans grounded in research.
• Provide client‑centred therapy both in‑person and via telehealth where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with families and allied professionals to support goals.
• Contribute to a supportive team culture and continuous improvement of services.

  
  
  
  
  
About You:
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current membership/registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Current Drivers License and operating vehicle
• Strong clinical skills across speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Empathy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to best practice.
• Experience with a range of ages and communication needs is highly regarded.
