The Role:
- Early Intervention, RTW planning and case management
- Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Workplace assessments and functional capacity evaluations
- Collaborating with treating practitioners, insurers and employers
- Delivering evidence-based, goal-driven reports
- Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
About You:
- AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC registration as an OT, Physio, EP, Rehab Counsellor
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant or minimum 3 years clinical experince within Allied Health
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a close-knit team
- A car and valid driver's license (non-negotiable)
