The Role:
  
  

• Early Intervention, RTW planning and case management
• Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Workplace assessments and functional capacity evaluations
• Collaborating with treating practitioners, insurers and employers
• Delivering evidence-based, goal-driven reports
• Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes

  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
About You:
  
  

• AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC registration as an OT, Physio, EP, Rehab Counsellor
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant or minimum 3 years clinical experince within Allied Health
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a close-knit team
• A car and valid driver's license (non-negotiable)
