Competitive hourly rate $135–$141 (depending on experience)

What’s in it for you?

• $135–$141 per client hour (depending on your level ofexperience)
• Design your own schedule: mornings, evenings, fortnightly Saturdays, you choose!
• The caseload ranges from around 3 to 22 years old, so it's really varied and meaningful work
• 2–3 days per week (flexible for the right person)
• Warm paediatric caseload: neurodivergent children & adolescents, emotion regulation, anxiety, parent coaching
• Work from either clinic locations, Mount Gravatt East or Bulimba + flexibility around home & school visits
• Existing caseload ready to transition to you: hit the ground running!
• Incredibly supportive, no-ego team culture: contractors are very much part of the team
• Mix of private paying and NDIS clients

About you

• A qualified OT with paediatric interest or experience
• Someone warm, personable and genuinely passionate about neurodivergent-affirming practice
• Comfortable working as a contractor and managing their own schedule
• AHPRA registered with full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship for this role)
