About the Role: 

• Guide individuals through recovery and sustainable return-to-work programs
• Deliver services across Same Employer and/or New Employer streams
• Conduct Functional Capacity, Vocational, and other workplace assessments
• Liaise with insurers, employers, medical teams, and other stakeholders
• Attend case conferences and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Manage your caseload with autonomy and purpose

What you’ll need to be successful 

• Tertiary qualification in Rehab Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
• Full AHPRA, ASORC ESSA registration
• Australian working rights
• Prior clinical or rehabilitation experience
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
