About the Role:
- Guide individuals through recovery and sustainable return-to-work programs
- Deliver services across Same Employer and/or New Employer streams
- Conduct Functional Capacity, Vocational, and other workplace assessments
- Liaise with insurers, employers, medical teams, and other stakeholders
- Attend case conferences and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Manage your caseload with autonomy and purpose
What you’ll need to be successful
- Tertiary qualification in Rehab Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
- Full AHPRA, ASORC ESSA registration
- Australian working rights
- Prior clinical or rehabilitation experience
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
