Since 2014, Active Ability have been supporting people with disability to gain independence, improved function and enjoy better quality of life.

About the Exercise Physiologist day to day duties:
  

• Assess and treat clients in their own home, to carry out rehabilitation programs to improve functional independence and quality of life

• Document clearly and efficiently

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Provide face to face and occasional tele-support to clients in community settings. Specifically, hydrotherapy, parks, gyms, in the home or in the community, group homes, day programs

• Providing exercise & behaviour change advice to clients living with disability or chronic/complex conditions

  
  
  
  
  
  
About You as the successful Exercise Physiologist:
  
  

• Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology

• ESSA registration

• Experience across the NDIS sector

• National Police Check

• Working with Vulnerable People Check

• NDIS Orientation

• Full Australian working rights
