Healthii People are proud to have partnered with a leading agency delivering federally funded community mental health services across Central QLD as part of the Country to Coast PHN. These are free, safe, and welcoming services for adults over 18 who are experiencing distress, feeling overwhelmed or are concerned about themselves or someone they care about. The service combines peer support workers and clinical staff to best support the participants.

Utilising experience in team leadership, clinical supervision, and in providing evidence-based interventions to consumers, the Clinical Team Leader will lead a multidisciplinary team of Mental Health Clinicians to support people impacted by mental illness, psychological distress and substance use or addiction.

About you:

• Registered Mental Health Specialist
• Psychologist, Mental Health Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse, Mental Health OT
• Accreditation with governing body (AHPRA, AASW etc)
• Significant experience leading teams within mental health
• Demonstrated and applied knowledge of a range of evidence based and trauma informed psychological interventions
