As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for clinical oversight, supervision and support to the Clinical team while working cohesively with other services and disciplines within the Centre. You will also work alongside the Clinical Services Manager to enhance stakeholder relationships and promote the service to the Ipswich community.

In collaboration with other local community organisations and funded by local PHN this Ipswich based service is designed to provide comprehensive, integrated and holistic approach to mental health care for adults in the community with moderate - complex mental health conditions.
As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for clinical oversight, supervision and support to the Clinical team while working cohesively with other services and disciplines within the Centre. You will also work alongside the Clinical Services Manager to enhance stakeholder relationships and promote the service to the Ipswich community.
You will also:
- Promote recovery oriented and evidence based practice
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery and clinical quality
- Implement and oversee risk management and critical incidents
- Ensure service is running in alignment with funding bodies and organisational requirements

About you:
- Relevant Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, MH Nursing or MH OT
- Accreditation with a governing body (AASW, AHPRA or ACMHN)
- In depth knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed care
- Clinical background in Mental Health
