- Full Time: $97,000 - $102,000 + Super + Salary Sacrifice
These services are designed to provide a comprehensive, integrated and holistic approach to mental health care for adults with moderate - complex mental health conditions.
As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team that is not KPI centred but more focussed on providing high quality mental health care to the participants.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct intake, risk assessments and safety plans
- Provide short to mid term interventions and therapy that are evidence based
- Coordinate care and provide holistic/ person centred case management

About you:
- Relevant Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or MH Nursing
- Accreditation with a governing body (AASW or AHPRA)
- Knowledge of trauma informed therapeutic frameworks
- Experience supporting adults with moderate to complex mental health challenges
- Down to earth, humble, team player
