Sarah Quarmby

​Hi, I’m Sarah. I work as a Recruitment Consultant here at Healthii People looking after the Social Care Division in NSW & ACT. I have been recruiting in the Community Services Sector for over 3 years now, prior to that I worked as a Frontline worker on the floor in within the AOD Sector. I am extremely passionate about helping vulnerable individuals receive the best possible care available and the way I do that today is by finding the highest quality candidates to work within our Social Care roles and our partnering organisations.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family on the farm and being in the sunshine. I love travelling, keeping healthy at the gym, and continually love learning anything related to mental health & addiction. I’m a huge fan of Dr Gabor Maté and still waiting for him to come to Australia 😆.

I love working in recruitment as I get to connect with like-minded people daily and love building lasting, meaningful relationships with both my clients and candidates.
