Rachel Gilmour

​Hi, I’m Rachel, a Recruitment Consultant at Healthii People specialising in Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology and broader Allied Health recruitment across Queensland.

I bring a diverse background to my role, with experience spanning Nursing Recruitment, Career Counselling, and Early Learning. I’m also a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, having worked with professional athletes and in gym environments, which gives me a strong, practical understanding of the industries I recruit for.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate foodie and coffee enthusiast who enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends usually over a great meal or coffee. Having grown up in regional Queensland, I also value any opportunity to get out of the city and reconnect with the country.
