My name is Paris Matin, I am a highly accomplished leader within the Australian healthcare recruitment sector, proudly serving as the Managing Director of Healthii People. With over 14 years recruitment experience, I have a proven track record for delivering genuine results as well as building excellent moral within team environments.

I have extensive experience recruiting across the following Healthcare sectors: Nursing/Acute, Aged Care, Allied Health, Doctors Social Work, Psychology Dentistry, Disability & Community Services.

I have proven strong account management skills to advise/offer tailor made methods ensuring strong staff retention and client satisfaction.

I pride myself on my ability to understand, listen and react to client needs to ensure the best possible outcome.

I have a genuine passion for the Healthcare sector and building brighter futures which is a commitment that grew from my cloe knit relationship with my late Grandmother which prompted me to drive quality and ethical practices within the Healthcare sector. My priority when leading teams is to ensure consultants are receiving the up most respect as well as support, mentorship and resources in order to achieve both their personal and career goals.

At Healthii People, my team and I are dedicated to recruiting healthcare professionals amongst a variety of sectors, as well as addressing the critical staffing shortages across the board.

I have a relentless passion for learning and continue to evolve in my role as a leader, with a keen focus on achieving many bold and ambitious plans, which includes expanding Healthii People into other Health and Medical related markets as well as becoming household name within Healthcare recruitment. Outside of work I enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle with hobbies including Tennis, Cooking and Travelling as well as trying new cuisines and restaurants. I am a a fanatical Sydney Roosters NRL fan that tries to attend every home game possible.
